I’ve been using this for a bit now and my hair/scalp just feels cleaner, without that heavy buildup I was dealing with before. Weirdly, I remember noticing it the first time because my brush didn’t have that slightly waxy feel after. Happy with it so far.

Used this on wash day and yeah, my curls dried with way less frizz than usual. My hair felt soft too, but not all weighed down or greasy or anything. The best part was I didn’t even have to fix it the next morning, which almost never happens for me.

I figured I’d give this a try because I really didn’t want to deal with a big cleanup, it went on easily. There wasn’t really any mess, which made me feel like it was worth getting

I was expecting this to be a whole annoying back-and-forth, but to be fair, my refund came through fast and there wasn’t any hassle. So, credit where it’s due.

I tried LUS Brands for my curls, and it was decent, nothing bad, just not as amazing as I hoped for the price. Maybe it’s just my hair, but the bottle didn’t last very long, and when one product runs out that fast, I start wondering if these pricier curl products are really worth it. It worked okay, I just don’t think it gave me the best value for my money.

I’ve used this brand for a while, so I really wanted to love this, and the product itself works okay. It does the job and I don’t have any major complaints about how it performs. But the bottle feels heavy, especially in the shower, and it’s not the easiest to grip when your hands are wet. I’m kind of torn because I usually stick with this brand, but I do wish they’d make the packaging lighter or easier to handle.

I really like this scent. It stays noticeable for a while without being too strong or overwhelming. Definitely a good pick if you prefer something more subtle.

My order from LUS Brands showed up packed nicely!! The bottles were wrapped super tight, and thankfully nothing leaked at all... which I was really happy about!!! The outer box did have a little dent on one corner, but everything inside was totally fine. Not absolutely perfect, but still good enough for me!! 4 stars.

I mean, it definitely helped calm my frizz a little, especially right after wash day, and I was kind of like okay, nice, this might be doing something. But then by the next morning my hair was already starting to puff back up again. So it wasn’t bad or anything, just not this amazing miracle product for my hair

I was nervous to order this, because my hair is that weird in-between 2c/3a curl mix... and soooo many products are either way too heavy or basically do nothing?? But I tried the curly system from LUS and it actually worked!!! My roots don’t get greasy, my waves/curls clump so much better, and I’m not having to pile on like 4 different products anymore. It did take me a couple tries to figure out the right amount for my hair, but once I got it down, it was super easy. Really, really happy with it!!

I’ve been using LUS for a while now, the ingredients are the main reason I keep coming back. I don’t have the patience for products that leave my curls feeling coated, heavy, or gross by the end of the day, and this one doesn’t do that. My scalp also hasn’t been itchy like it gets with some other stuff.
I also appreciate that it doesn’t have that strong chemical smell, because I get annoyed fast with products that are overpowering. It feels gentle but still actually works, which is all I really want. Shipping was fine, no complaints there, but the product itself is why I ordered again.

I had to reach out to LUS Brands with a question about my order, and they got back to me quickly. I was expecting a generic copy-and-paste reply, which is always a little annoying... though to be fair, that happens with a lot of companies.

The person who helped me was really nice and actually answered my question clearly. They kept everything simple, fixed the issue without turning it into a whole thing, and I really appreciated that. Overall, it was a good customer service experience and I’d order from them again.
